Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Crust & Craft Pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions for how and when a refund can be requested.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items that are perishable. If there is an issue with the quality or preparation of your food, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation and work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our address:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched or prepared, we can process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If your order is already in preparation or has been shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
